How does Creem track my referrals?
Creem sets a 60-day cookie when someone clicks your affiliate link. If that person subscribes within 60 days, the commission is automatically credited to your account — no manual action needed.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD or €50 EUR. Commissions go through a 7–12 day hold period before they become available to withdraw.
What payout methods are available?
Creem supports two payout methods: bank transfer via Paysway (SEPA transfers are free; international transfers cost $7 or 1% of the amount, whichever is higher) and USDC stablecoin on the Polygon network (2% fee).
Do I need to verify my identity before getting paid?
Yes. Before requesting your first payout, you must complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification inside your Creem dashboard. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.
Is the 25% commission really for life?
Yes. As long as the subscriber you referred stays on an active paid plan, you earn 25% of every payment they make — indefinitely.
What if a subscriber upgrades their plan?
Your commission is always 25% of whatever the subscriber is paying at that time. If they upgrade, your earnings increase proportionally.
How do I join the program?

Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No cap. Refer as many subscribers as you want and earn commissions on all of them simultaneously. There is no upper limit.
Do ad blockers affect my referral tracking?
Creem tracks subscription events server-side, so ad blockers do not affect commission attribution once someone clicks your link and completes a subscription.
Can I promote XCREENER in paid ads?
You may use paid traffic to promote your content that includes your affiliate link, but bidding directly on XCREENER branded keywords is not permitted. Check the program terms inside Creem for the full policy.
